I’m Norman Douglas, the proud owner of Phase II Auto Spa.

I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.

I’ve always had a passion for working on classic muscle cars and sports automobiles. Consequently, after migrating from Jamaica to Downtown Toronto in 1990, I saw a need for cleaning, restoring, and protecting vehicles, so I decided to set up an auto detailing shop.

Initially, it was a challenge to get my enterprise on the road, but after presenting my plan to various car dealerships, I steadily built up my customer base. Twenty-five years later, I’m still going strong and have expanded operations to Langley.

Over the past couple of decades, I’ve noticed that my industry’s technology is continuously evolving, so I stay on top of the latest devices. Ceramic Pro Coating is just one product that helps me to exceed clients’ expectations and I pay close attention to detail during the process.

I’m diligent, and as an individual, I believe what sets me apart from the others is my everlasting faith in God. Without his blessings, I wouldn’t have my business, so I thank him every day.

I also attribute my success to my customer service. I’ve trained my hard-working employees to be friendly, and when they treat clients with the utmost respect, it’s rewarding.

As a result, witnessing the happy smiles on customers’ faces after receiving their cars in mint condition fills me with satisfaction. I also derive immense pleasure from seeing the before and after transformation of the vehicles.

I love my job and don’t give myself much downtime. However, I ensure that I spend quality time with my family and read the bible daily.

I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things which matter to me and how they influence the way I do business.
